i-Reporter Support Web, which we had temporarily suspended as a precaution since Wednesday, October 21, following the disclosure of a PHP vulnerability, has now resumed service at a new URL.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

・Your login information has not changed.
　You can log in with the same Support Web ID and password as before.
・Please update your bookmarks.
　If you have bookmarked the old URL, please update it to the new URL above.
・Automatic redirection from the old URL
　In the near future, visits to the old URL will be automatically redirected to the new Support Web.


■ Using i-Reporter
i-Reporter and i-Reporter family products, including all options, do not use PHP and are not affected by this PHP vulnerability.
You can continue to use them with confidence, as before.

[Important] Notice Regarding Our Response to the PHP Vulnerability and Temporary Suspension of the Support Website (Maintenance)

Details

1. Use of PHP
i-Reporter and i-Reporter family products, including all options, do not use PHP.
(This applies to the app, server, and cloud editions.)


2. Impact of the Vulnerability
As stated above, our products do not use PHP and are therefore not affected by the recently disclosed PHP vulnerability.
You can continue to use i-Reporter with confidence, as before.


3. Our Response
Separately from our products, the “i-Reporter Support Web” site (cimtops-support.com) that we operate does use PHP.
To better protect our customers’ information, we suspended this site as a precaution following the disclosure of the vulnerability, and it is currently undergoing maintenance.
This suspension is not the result of any unauthorized access.
